If we discover a material pricing or listing error after an order is placed, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, and Venmo. The payment options shown at checkout may vary by device and browser.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed or shipped.
Payment transactions may be processed by Shopify or other authorized payment providers.
Order Acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

- Restrictions affecting our ability to fulfill the order
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Order Processing and Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed by contacting:
After the 12-hour cancellation window, the order may already be processing and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Eligible products may still be returned after delivery in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days.
Once dispatched, estimated delivery is 4 to 7 business days, resulting in a total estimated delivery time of 5 to 9 business days from the date an order is placed.
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delivery may occasionally be affected by carriers, customs processing, weather, supply-chain interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Lumen Row currently offers free shipping within the United States.
Some products may be dispatched directly from international fulfillment partners in Asia.

Returns and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, damaged products, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Eligible return requests must generally be initiated within 30 days of receiving the order.
Standard return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or we state otherwise.
Lumen Row does not charge restocking fees.
Exchanges
Eligible products may be exchanged in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy and subject to product availability.
Where an exchange results from customer preference, applicable return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.
If an incorrect or defective item was supplied, we will provide an appropriate resolution at no additional cost to the customer.
Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions
Occasionally, information on our website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping, availability, or other information.
